Tracking a workout
The workout tracker walks you through an active training session — one screen, focused on the workout in front of you.
Starting a workout
You open the tracker from your dashboard:
- Freeform — start with an empty workout and add exercises as you go.
- From a workout — start a specific workout and every exercise, set, and target weight is already filled in.
Your session is saved on your device as you go, so if your screen locks or the app closes, you can reopen it and pick up exactly where you left off.
Logging your sets
Tap a set to open it. Use the −/+ buttons to adjust your reps and weight (or seconds and distance, depending on the exercise). Weights show in your preferred units — change them in Settings.
- Tap Finish set to mark it done; the tracker jumps to your next set automatically.
- Rate how a set felt with the difficulty buttons (easy / medium / hard).
- Tap the timer button to start a rest countdown between sets.
- Tap the note icon to jot a note on a set or an exercise.
Adjusting the workout
- Add exercise — pick from your exercise library (search or filter by muscle).
- Swap — replace an exercise with another while keeping your sets.
- Reorder / remove — open the edit screen to drag exercises into order or remove them.
- Tap an exercise's badge to see its demo and details.
Finishing
Tap Finish workout to review a summary — total volume, time, and the sets and exercises you completed. Tap Save workout and it's stored in your training history.
