Resetting your password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it yourself — no need to contact support.

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password?.
  3. Enter the email address for your account and click Send reset link.

For your security we always show the same confirmation — whether or not an account exists for that address, you'll see "If an account with that email exists, we've sent a reset link."

Set a new password

  1. Open the email and click Reset password.
  2. On the page that opens, enter a new password (at least 10 characters) and confirm it.
  3. Save it, then sign in with your new password.

The reset link is valid for 1 hour. If it expires, just request a new one.

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you used the address you signed up with.
  • Only confirmed accounts can receive a reset link. If you never confirmed your email, create your account again to get a fresh confirmation link.

A note on security

Our sign-in, sign-up, and password forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which runs quietly in the background — there's nothing extra for you to click.
