Coaching Inbox
The Coaching Inbox gathers everything across your roster that needs a decision from you — in one place, as a checklist you can work through and clear.
Open it from Inbox in the sidebar (the coral number is how many items are waiting), or from View all on the dashboard's Today's priorities.
How it's organized
Items are grouped into three sections, and the filter tabs at the top let you focus on one at a time:
- To plan — clients with no active program, or no supplement recommendations yet.
- Reports & check-ins — clients overdue for a progress report.
- Client activity — clients who haven't logged a workout in a while.
Each row shows the client, the action to take, and a short note on the right (for example, 14 days without a report). The most time-sensitive items carry a small colored dot.
Working through it
- Open a task — click the row to jump straight to the client page where you handle it (assign a program, review a report, and so on).
- Check items off — click the circle on the left to select a task; it fills in. Select as many as you like — nothing is saved yet. A bar appears at the bottom showing how many you've selected, with Clear to deselect and Mark as done to save them all at once.
- Mark as done — confirms the selection: those rows turn green and strike through, and the counts drop. They stay on screen (struck through) until you leave the page, so you can see what you've cleared; click a checked row again to re-open it if you change your mind. An item only reappears later if the situation arises again.
When everything is cleared you'll see All under control — nothing needs your attention right now.
