Message your coach

Open Coach from the sidebar to chat with your trainer. Everything stays in one conversation.

Send a message

Type in the box at the bottom and press Enter (or the send button). Use Shift+Enter for a new line.

Photos, PDFs and voice notes

• Tap the paperclip to attach a photo or PDF. Photos show a small preview; tap to open the full image.
• Tap the microphone to record a voice note. Press to start, then Stop & send when you are done. Your coach can play it back inline.

React, reply and edit

• Hover a message and pick the smiley to add an emoji reaction.
• Use the thread icon to reply in a thread, keeping side discussions tidy.
• You can edit or delete your own messages from the same hover menu.

Drafts

If you close the window mid-message, your draft is saved and waiting when you come back - even on another device.

Messages are private between you and your coach.
