Your nutrition plan

Open My Coaching → Nutrition Plan.

  • Choose a Weekly (repeating) or Calendar (date-based) plan.
  • Load a meal-plan template, or add meals yourself from the recipe catalog.
  • Editing a meal's recipe makes a private copy — the original recipe is untouched.
  • Manage meal groups (breakfast, lunch, dinner…) per day.
