hi.fitness estimates from typical portion sizes and standard nutrition data, then shows you every item with its amount, calories and macros before anything is saved. You can adjust any of it, and the numbers rescale as you type.

No. Typing what you ate works on its own. An active plan adds one-tap logging of planned meals and gives your day its calorie and macro targets.

If you work with a coach on hi.fitness, they can open your food diary in your shared client workspace - read-only, next to your plan and check-ins.

You can enter a product's barcode number and hi.fitness looks up its nutrition facts. Camera scanning is not available yet.
