Your month in review
Updated on 2026-08-21
Every 30 days, filing a body report closes a cycle - and closing one produces a review of it. Your first report opens the very first cycle rather than closing one, so the first review arrives with your second report, about a month later.
Open it from the screen you land on after submitting a report, or any time from your home screen.
What it reads
The review goes through the month you actually logged: every training session with the sets you were prescribed and the ones you performed, every day of the food diary against the calorie goal that was in force that day, every habit against the target that applied when you ticked it, your sleep and steps, and your measurements.
It also knows what you changed your mind about - a new plan, a different goal, a habit you dropped. A drop in training volume means something very different if you switched plans halfway through, and the review is told which happened.
What it won't do
It only analyses what it can actually read. Each area is judged on its own: if you logged food on three days, the review says exactly that and draws no conclusions from it. A day only counts as a tracked day once there is a real meal on it, so a single drink logged on a quiet day is not treated as a day of eating.
Areas it could not read are always named, with the numbers, rather than quietly left out. "Three of ten days" tells you something; a missing section just looks broken.
If you tracked something last month and stopped this month, it will say so. That is different from never having used a feature, and the review treats the two differently - it will not nag you about something you have never tracked.
Suggested changes
The review may suggest a few concrete adjustments - your daily calories, the weekly sets for a muscle group, a habit target. Nothing changes until you tap Apply. Each suggestion is decided on its own, so you can take one and leave the others.
Every suggestion is checked against safe limits before it is ever shown to you. Calories move by at most a modest step in one month, protein has a floor, and training volume is never increased in a month where you told us your motivation was low, your sleep was short, or you missed most of your sessions - in a month like that the review will suggest doing less, not more.
A suggestion can only be answered once. If a change no longer fits - your plan was regenerated, an exercise left it - the review tells you plainly instead of pretending it worked.
If the write-up is missing
Occasionally the numbers are ready but the written summary is not. When that happens the review still opens and still shows what was measured; only the commentary is absent. Nothing is lost, and your next report starts a fresh one.
