Notifications

The bell icon is your notification inbox. It sits in the top-right corner on the web and in the header of the Home screen in the mobile app. On the web the badge shows how many unread notifications you have; in the mobile app it is a small dot that says only that there is something to read. Either way it disappears when nothing is unread.

What you'll see

  • Personal records - you set a new record, or one of your clients did
  • Coaching - someone asks you to be their coach, a coach accepts your request, a request is canceled
  • Calendar - an event is scheduled with you, updated, or canceled
  • Habit reminders (mobile only) - the reminders your phone shows you land in the inbox too, so a nudge you swiped away is not lost

When something happens, the badge updates instantly - you don't need to refresh the page or pull the screen down.

Reading them

Open the bell and you'll see your latest notifications, newest first, each with what happened and when.

A record row leads with the lift, not with the word "record": a small category line and the time on top ("New record", or "7 new records"), then the exercise, then the result with what it gained - "7 × 70 kg · +10 kg". A whole-session record (most volume, most reps, most sets) names itself instead of an exercise. Tap the row and every record from that session opens in the same sheet, dated, in the same format as your records in Statistics; the arrow at the top left goes back to the list.

Opening the list marks everything as read, so the badge clears on its own - there is nothing to tick off one by one. In the mobile app the ones you hadn't seen yet keep a small dot for as long as the list is open, so you can tell the new ones from the rest at a glance.

Tap a habit reminder and it opens your habits, where one tap ticks it off. The other rows are there to read: they report something that happened elsewhere, and the app has nowhere to send you.

That's it - keep an eye on the bell and you'll never miss a change.
