Running your own account
Updated on 2026-08-04
Your hi.fitness account is yours to run end-to-end - you don't need a trainer.
Your Dashboard opens on your key stats at a glance - workouts completed, total tonnage lifted, current weight, and your previous and next workout.
- Library - browse hi.fitness programs, workouts and exercises, and create your own.
- Nutrition - browse meal plans, recipes and foods, and create your own.
- My plan - manage your training plan and nutrition plan (weekly or calendar), see your reports and progress, and track supplements.
- Settings - edit your profile (name, email, phone and postal address), set your daily nutrition targets (calories, protein, carbs and fat), and change your language and units. If you train with a coach, they can set your targets for you - and you can still adjust them yourself.
When you first register you'll be asked to complete a short intake survey before the rest of the dashboard unlocks. See Completing your intake survey.
In the mobile app
Open More → Settings to change the same details on your phone:
- Profile - your name, phone number and postal address.
- Language - your account language, so the web app and the emails we send you switch with the app. It also decides the language of everything the app writes for you, such as the foods it reads back from a spoken meal.
- Units - metric (kg, cm) or imperial (lb, in). This is an account setting, so it applies on the web too.
Your email address is shown there but changed on the web: switching it needs your current password and a fresh confirmation link, and you would be locked out of the app until you click it.
