Running your own account
Your hi.fitness account is yours to run end-to-end — you don't need a trainer.
Your Dashboard opens on your key stats at a glance — workouts completed, total tonnage lifted, current weight, and your previous and next workout.
- Library — browse hi.fitness programs, workouts and exercises, and create your own.
- Nutrition — browse meal plans, recipes and foods, and create your own.
- My Coaching — manage your training plan and nutrition plan (weekly or calendar), see your reports and progress, and track supplements.
- Settings — edit your profile (name, email, phone and postal address), set your daily nutrition targets (calories, protein, carbs and fat), and change your language and units. If you train with a coach, they can set your targets for you — and you can still adjust them yourself.
