Managing a client's habits

Updated on 2026-06-20

Open a client, then the Habits tab.

You see a week grid: every habit is a row, each day of the week is a column, and each cell shows the value the client reported that day. A blank cell means nothing was reported. Whatever you change here is the client's own list - it shows on their dashboard and they can edit it too.

  • Read the week at a glance. Check-off habits show a tick when done; quantity habits show the number. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next week, or This week to jump back.
  • Log on their behalf. Click a check cell to toggle it done, or type into a quantity cell and press Enter - handy when you record adherence for a client. Editing a day keeps that day's other values intact.
  • Add, edit or remove habits. Tap Customize → add a check-off or quantity habit (with a goal and unit), edit a goal, or remove one. Removing keeps the client's history in their stats.
  • Starter set. Adopt the ready-made Daily basics set; the preview skips habits the client already tracks.

Only a client's active trainer can manage their habits.
