Managing a client's habits

Open a client, then the Habits tab.

It's the same habit card your client sees on their dashboard, scoped to them. Whatever you change here is the client's own list — it shows on their dashboard and they can edit it too.

  • Add, edit or remove habits. Tap Customize → add a check-off or quantity habit (with a goal and unit), edit a goal, or remove one. Removing keeps the client's history in their stats.
  • Starter set. Adopt the ready-made Daily basics set; the preview skips habits the client already tracks.
  • Log on their behalf. Tap a check to mark it done, or a quantity to enter today's number — handy when you record adherence for a client.
  • Weekly rhythm. The footer shows the client's last 7 days, current streak, and regularity over the last month.

Only a client's active trainer can manage their habits.
