Your home screen

Updated on 2026-08-06

Home is your day at a glance. Each card reports one thing and offers one action, in the order the day tends to happen: what you have eaten, what you are training, your habits, and where your weight is going.

The row of cards under the date scrolls sideways: your pulse, your workouts per week, and your calories per week. Tap a point or a bar to read the day or week it belongs to; tap the badge that appears to clear the selection.

The day's calories

The big ring is what you have eaten today, filling toward your daily calorie goal. Go past the goal and it keeps going: a second lap runs over the first in a slightly deeper green, and a third over that, up to three laps in all. The pill above the ring says the same thing in words.

The + button sits in the gap at the foot of the ring. Tap it to log a meal for today. The number in the middle, the ring, the pill and the three bars underneath all move as soon as the meal is saved.

Those three bars are protein, carbs and fats, each against its own daily target, so you can see at a glance whether a day that hit its calories actually hit its protein. Targets appear once your intake survey is complete; without them the bars stay empty and only the amounts you ate are shown.

Tap anywhere else on the card to open your full food diary.

Add your measurements

Until you have sent your first check-in, a short row sits above everything else asking for your measurements. Tap it and you will be walked through a quick check-in - measurements, a few questions about how you feel, and optional photos.

It disappears for good once you have submitted it. From then on the small ring in the top corner of the screen takes over, counting down the days to your next check-in.

Your workout

The loudest card on the screen is today's training: the workout's name, how many exercises it has, and any supplements to take beforehand. Start opens the tracker. On a rest day it says so and offers a free workout instead; when you have already trained today it says that too.

Habits

How many of today's habits you have ticked off, with the list of them underneath. Check habits opens the day so you can log them.

Weight

Your current weight, with two small labels: where you started, and how far you have moved since. The line underneath is your recent entries.

Add today's weight opens a check-in, because that is how weight gets recorded - it is one of the things a check-in asks for. Tap the card itself to open your progress reports, where the full weight chart lives - there you can change the period and read individual entries.

Records

Your latest personal record, and by how much it beat the previous one. It fills in after your first record-setting workout.
