Creating an account
Anyone can create a hi.fitness account for free. The whole flow takes about a minute.
Sign up
- Go to the sign-up page.
- Choose who you are:
- Trainee — you want to track your own training and progress.
- Trainer — you coach clients and build their programs.
- Enter your first name, last name, email, and a password (at least 10 characters).
- Click Create account.
You can change your mind later — this choice just sets up the right home screen for you.
Confirm your email
After you sign up, we send a confirmation link to your email address.
- Open the email and click Confirm email.
- The link takes you to a page that activates your account.
- The link is valid for 48 hours.
You can't sign in until your email is confirmed. This keeps your account secure and makes sure we can reach you.
Didn't get the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed your address correctly. If it was wrong, just sign up again — a new link will be sent.
- If the link says it has expired, sign up again to get a fresh one.
Sign in
Once your email is confirmed, head to the sign-in page and log in with your email and password. That's it — you're in.
