Connecting an AI assistant

Updated on 2026-10-08

Start the hi.fitness connection in your AI assistant, then sign in to hi.fitness. Check the account shown on the consent screen and review every permission before choosing Allow. Choose Cancel to share nothing.

Read access lets the assistant read your profile, goals, settings, history of changes, nutrition, training, health, supplements and habits. It cannot change your data. Read and write access also allows the changes listed on the screen: food entries, meal plans, recipes and your own foods; training plans and sets in completed workouts; supplements, habits, targets and daily habit logs. It cannot change your account.

The assistant only receives the permissions you approve. An existing read-only connection does not gain write access by refreshing its session. If you want it to make changes, reconnect from the assistant and approve a request that explicitly includes writing.

To stop access, open Settings → Connected apps in hi.fitness and disconnect the assistant. Revocation takes effect immediately. You can connect it again later.
