Your history past the last month
Updated on 2026-11-02
Everything you log stays saved. Without Premium, the app shows your gym and body history from the last month: from the same day a month ago until today. The older part is still there and comes back as soon as you upgrade to Premium.
During the 7-day free trial and with Premium you see all of it. If a coach leads your account, you see all of it too.
What shows only the last month
- Gym statistics. The one-month period works as before. The longer periods (3, 6 and 12 months) have a lock and Premium in the period menu, and picking one opens the Premium screen.
- Records. The records card on the Training tab of Statistics and All records list the records from the last month. Under them, Older records says how many earlier ones there are.
- Exercises. The Exercises tab lists the exercises from the last month and ends with Older exercises. An exercise's Progress shows the last month, and Longer periods is locked.
- Weigh-ins. Your weight chart shows the last month.
- Body reports. All reports shows your two newest reports, however old they are, and then Earlier reports are in Premium. My Progress compares those two.
- Past workouts. When you add exercises from past workouts in the planner, the list covers the last month.
What always stays whole
- What a workout needs while it runs: the weights and reps from your last sessions of each exercise, and your notes.
- New records. They are still measured against your whole history, so a best you beat today counts even if it was set more than a month ago.
- Badges you have earned.
Getting the older part back
Tap Upgrade to Premium on any of these cards, or pick a locked period, to open the Premium screen. Nothing has to be logged again: once Premium is on, your older records, exercises, weigh-ins and reports are back in their places. Plans, restoring a purchase and cancelling are covered in Your subscription.
