What you can do
- Build workout plans for clients

Finding your way around
- On a computer, the main sections live in the sidebar down the left edge.
- On a phone, the same sections sit in the bar along the bottom of the screen. Tap More to reach the rest, plus Settings and Log out.
Next steps
- Sign up as a trainer or client
- Connect with your trainer (clients) or invite clients (trainers)
- Open your first workout plan
