hi.fitness is a workout-planning and client-management tool for personal trainers and their clients.

What you can do

Finding your way around

  • On a computer, the main sections live in the sidebar down the left edge.
  • On a phone, the same sections sit in the bar along the bottom of the screen. Tap More to reach the rest, plus Settings and Log out.

Next steps

  1. Sign up as a trainer or client
  2. Connect with your trainer (clients) or invite clients (trainers)
  3. Open your first workout plan
