Your nutrition plan

Open My Coaching → Nutrition plan. It has three tabs:

Daily plan - your meals for the day. Switch days with the day selector, and tap a meal to open its recipe: ingredients, preparation and macros. Your coach's note and today's supplements show alongside.

Shopping list - everything to buy, grouped by food category. Pick a range (today, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom span) and use Copy list to take it with you.

Edit plan - build or adjust the plan yourself: choose a Weekly (repeating) or Calendar (date-based) layout, load a meal-plan template or add meals from the recipe catalog, and tweak portions. Editing a meal's recipe makes a private copy - the original recipe is untouched.
