How to do it
Adjust the suspension trainer to mid length and join the straps into a single handle. Stand facing the anchor, hold the handle in one hand with a neutral grip and walk your feet forward until your body leans back with that arm straight.
Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, with your hips square to the anchor.
Pull your elbow back along your side to bring the handle beside your ribs, pulling your body up. Reach toward the anchor with your free arm.
Slowly straighten your arm to lower back to the start. Complete all repetitions on one side, then switch arms.
Form tips
Do not let your body twist toward the floor: resisting the rotation works your core.
Squeeze your shoulder blade toward your spine at the top.
Exhale as you pull and inhale as you lower.
