How to do it

  1. Stand in front of the ski ergometer machine with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles with both hands.

  2. Begin by pulling both handles down towards your thighs simultaneously, extending your elbows while pushing your hips back, bending your knees, and leaning your torso forward.

  3. Bring your arms back up to the starting position in a controlled manner.

  4. Continue pulling the handles down at a consistent pace for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
