How to do it
Stand in a staggered stance with your left foot forward, hinge at the hips with a flat back and brace your left hand just above your left knee. Hold the kettlebell in your right hand, arm long beneath your shoulder.
Row the kettlebell up toward your lower ribs, driving your elbow up and back close to your body.
At the top, draw your shoulder blade toward your spine without twisting your torso.
Lower the kettlebell under control until your arm is straight again, then repeat. Switch sides after the set.
Form tips
Keep your back flat and your hips square to the floor throughout.
Pull with your back rather than your arm: think of driving your elbow toward your hip.
Keep your neck in line with your spine, eyes on the floor a little ahead of you.
