How to do it
Stand tall holding the kettlebell upside down by the horns, bell up, in front of your face.
Circle it around your head: over one shoulder, behind your head, over the other shoulder and back to the front, keeping it close to your head. Behind your head it turns over and hangs handle up, your elbows pointing up.
Keep your torso still and your core braced throughout.
Complete your reps in one direction, then reverse.
Form tips
Use a light kettlebell: this is a control exercise.
Keep the bell close to your head and lift your elbows as it passes behind.
Don't arch your lower back as the bell passes behind your head.
