How to do it
Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding the kettlebell by the horns at your chest, elbows pointing down.
Step back with your left foot and lower your hips until your front thigh is about parallel to the floor and your back knee hovers just above it.
Keep your torso upright and your front knee in line with your foot.
Push through your front foot to return to standing, bringing your back foot next to the front one. Repeat, then switch legs.
Form tips
Keep the kettlebell close to your chest throughout.
Step back far enough that your front shin stays roughly vertical.
Lower under control and don't let your back knee hit the floor.
