Execution

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height. Keep your elbows bent and pointing downward.

  2. Begin to hinge at your hips, pushing your hips back while lowering your torso towards the floor.

  3. Continue to lower your torso until it is almost parallel to the floor, feeling a stretch in your hamstrings.

  4. Return to the starting position by driving your hips forward and raising your torso back up. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Maintain a straight back and avoid rounding your spine.

  • Focus on hinging at the hips rather than bending at the waist.

  • Keep a slight bend in your knees to reduce stress on your lower back.
