How to do it
Adjust the suspension trainer to mid length. Stand facing the anchor, hold the handles with your arms straight in front of you and walk your feet forward until your body leans back.
Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
Keeping your arms straight, raise them up and out into a Y above your head, pulling your body up toward upright.
Slowly lower your arms back in front of you to return to the lean. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Lead with your thumbs pointing up and keep your shoulders away from your ears.
Move your arms only; do not bend your elbows to help.
Exhale as you raise your arms and inhale as you lower them.
