Execution
How to do it
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your posture upright and your arms relaxed by your sides.
Simultaneously lift your right leg straight up to hip height while raising your left arm to touch your right toes.
Return your right leg and left arm to the starting position with control.
Repeat the movement on the opposite side. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Focus on keeping both your leg and arm straight throughout the movement.
Ensure your supporting leg remains slightly bent to maintain balance.
Keep your core tight to maintain balance and stability.
