How to do it
Stand on your left leg with a soft knee, holding the kettlebell in your right hand in front of your thigh.
Hinge at the hips and tip your torso forward with a flat back while your right leg rises behind you in line with your body.
Lower the kettlebell along your standing leg until your torso is nearly parallel to the floor, keeping your hips square.
Drive your hips forward to return to standing, then repeat. Switch sides after the set.
Form tips
Keep your standing knee slightly bent, not locked.
Point the toes of your raised foot toward the floor to keep your hips square.
Move slowly; if you lose your balance, touch your free foot down and reset.
