How to do it
Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width and the kettlebell on the floor in front of you. Hinge at the hips, grip the handle with your right hand and hike it back between your legs.
Drive your hips forward and pull the kettlebell up close to your body, elbow high.
As it reaches head height, punch your hand up through the handle so the bell rolls onto the back of your forearm, and lock your arm out overhead.
Bring it back down along the same path, hinging as it passes between your legs, and repeat. Switch hands after the set.
Form tips
Punch through at the top so the bell doesn't flip over onto your wrist.
Lock out with your arm next to your ear and your ribs down.
Learn the swing and the clean before you try the snatch.
