How to do it
Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width and the kettlebell on the floor in front of you. Hinge at the hips, grip the handle with your right hand and hike it back between your legs.
Drive your hips forward and pull the kettlebell up close to your body, bending your elbow.
As it rises past your hips, turn your hand around the handle so the bell rolls gently onto the back of your forearm in the rack position: fist at your collarbone, elbow tucked against your ribs.
Drop it back down between your legs, hinging at the hips, and repeat. Switch hands after the set.
Form tips
Keep the kettlebell close to your body so it doesn't flip over and bang your forearm.
Keep your wrist straight in the rack position.
Let your hips do the work; your arm only guides the kettlebell.
