How to do it
Stand tall holding the kettlebell by the horns with both hands, arms extended overhead.
Keeping your upper arms close to your head and your elbows pointing up, bend your elbows to lower the kettlebell behind your head.
Lower it until you feel a stretch in the back of your arms.
Extend your elbows to press the kettlebell back up, then repeat.
Form tips
Brace your core and keep your ribs down so your lower back doesn't arch.
Keep your elbows from flaring out to the sides.
Choose a lighter kettlebell than you would for presses.
