How to do it
Stand facing the cable machine with a straight bar attached to the high pulley. Grasp the bar with both hands using an underhand grip (palms facing up), hands shoulder-width apart.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your back straight and elbows close to your body. Your forearms should be parallel to the floor.
Push the bar down towards your thighs by straightening your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
Slowly return to the starting position with control, allowing your forearms to become parallel to the floor again. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Keep your elbows close to your body and avoid moving your upper arms.
Focus on squeezing your triceps at the bottom of the movement.
Exhale as you push the bar down and inhale as you return to the starting position.
