How to do it
Lie face down with your legs straight and a light kettlebell held securely between your feet by the bell, your forehead resting on your crossed forearms.
Keeping your hips pressed into the floor, bend your knees to curl the kettlebell up toward your glutes.
Stop when your shins are about vertical, keeping the kettlebell steady between your feet.
Lower it slowly until your legs are almost straight, then repeat.
Form tips
Start with a light kettlebell and squeeze it firmly between your feet.
Keep your hips down; don't lift them to help the curl.
Move slowly, especially on the way down.
