Execution

How to do it

  1. Sit on the tricep extension machine, adjusting the seat height so that your upper arms comfortably rest on the arm pad, with your elbows bent at a 90-degree angle.

  2. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, ensuring your elbows are below the pivot point.

  3. Push the handles forward by straightening your elbows and fully extending your arms while keeping your upper arms stationary.

  4. Slowly return to the starting position by bending your elbows. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Breathe steadily: exhale as you extend your arms and inhale as you return to the starting position.

  • Focus on using your triceps to push the handles, avoiding excessive use of your shoulders or back.

  • Keep your upper arms stationary on the pad to ensure proper form.
