Execution

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, upper arms parallel to the floor, and arms bent at 90 degrees, fingers pointing at the ceiling.

  2. Press your hands upward, extending your arms fully overhead.

  3. Lower your hands back to shoulder level to return to the starting position.

  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Engage your core to maintain stability and avoid arching your back.

  • Perform the movement slowly and with control to maximize muscle activation.

  • Keep your shoulders down and away from your ears throughout the exercise.
