How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands resting on your hips or at your sides for balance.

  2. Flex both feet simultaneously, bringing your toes towards your shins, and then return to the starting position.

  3. Repeat the movement, flexing and relaxing both feet simultaneously.
