How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart keeping them bent to a half squat position.

  2. Step your right foot out at a 45-degree angle to the side until your leg is completely straight.

  3. Bring your right foot back to the starting position.

  4. Repeat the movement with your left foot, continuing to alternate sides.
