How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed by your sides. Engage your core and maintain an upright posture.

  2. Begin jogging by taking short, quick steps, lifting your knees slightly higher than walking pace.

  3. Swing your arms naturally with each step, keeping them bent at a 90-degree angle.

  4. Maintain a steady, comfortable pace and continue jogging for the desired duration or distance.

Form tips

  • Gradually increase your jogging duration and intensity to build endurance and strength.

  • Breathe steadily and rhythmically to maintain oxygen flow during the jog.

  • Stay hydrated and take breaks if needed, especially during longer jogging sessions.
