Execution

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your legs extended just off the floor and your arms resting on the floor by your sides.

  2. Bend your knees towards your chest, stopping when your upper legs are vertical to the floor.

  3. Lower your legs back down without letting them touch the floor.

  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
