Execution

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on your hips or extended in front of you.

  2. Lower your body into a squat position, ensuring your thighs are parallel to the floor and your back is straight.

  3. Perform a small pulsing movement by slightly raising and lowering your body in the squat position.

  4. Return to the starting position. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Keep your feet flat on the floor to maintain balance and stability.

  • Keep your chest lifted and your back straight to avoid leaning forward excessively.

  • Perform the pulsing movements slowly and with control to maximize muscle activation and prevent injury.
