How to do it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about waist height. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat, holding the handles with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).

  2. Lean back, extending your arms fully while keeping your body straight from head to knees, and lift your feet off the floor, tucking your knees towards your chest.

  3. Pull your chest towards the handles by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.

  4. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Ensure your body is kept at a straight line from head to hips when extended.

  • Exhale as you pull up, and inhale as you return down to the starting position.

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to maintain stability.
