How to do it
Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Place your feet in the handles, ensuring they are secure, and assume a plank position with your hands placed slightly wider than shoulder-width apart on the floor.
Engage your core, keeping your body in a straight line from head to heels.
Bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor, keeping your elbows at a 45-degree angle to your body.
Push through your hands to return to the starting position, straightening your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Breathe steadily: exhale as you push up and inhale as you lower down.
Focus on using your chest and triceps muscles to push yourself up, avoiding excessive use of your shoulders.
Ensure your feet are securely placed in the suspension trainer handles to prevent slipping.
