Execution
How to do it
Begin by placing your feet against a wall and positioning your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart. Your body should be in a decline position with your feet elevated on the wall.
Engage your core and ensure your body forms a straight line from your head to your feet.
Lower your chest towards the floor by bending your elbows, keeping them at a 45-degree angle to your body.
Push through your hands to return to the starting position, straightening your arms. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Ensure your hands are positioned directly under your shoulders when you lower yourself.
Perform the movement with control to maximize muscle activation and prevent injury.
Breathe steadily throughout the exercise, exhaling as you push up and inhaling as you lower down.
Use a stable wall to ensure your feet remain securely in place throughout the exercise.
