How to do it
Adjust the suspension trainer handles to an overhead position. Stand directly beneath the handles and grasp them with an underhand grip (palms facing you), shoulder-width apart.
Pull your body up towards the handles by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Continue pulling until your chin is above the handles, focusing on engaging your biceps and back muscles.
Slowly lower your body back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Breathe steadily: exhale as you pull your body up and inhale as you lower back down.
Adjust the height of the suspension trainer straps to ensure a full range of motion.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and avoid shrugging them towards your ears.
