How to do it
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height with your palms facing forward and elbows pointing to the floor.
Press both dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended, keeping your elbows slightly bent at the top.
Slowly lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height with control, maintaining tension in your shoulders.
Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Breathe steadily: exhale as you press the dumbbells up and inhale as you lower them down.
Focus on using your shoulder muscles to lift the weight, avoiding excessive strain on your neck.
Keep your back straight and avoid arching your lower back during the press.
