How to do it
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat. Hold the kettlebell in your right hand with your upper arm on the floor at about 45 degrees to your body, forearm vertical and the bell resting on the back of your forearm.
Press the kettlebell straight up over your shoulder until your arm is fully extended, keeping your wrist straight.
Lower it under control until your upper arm touches the floor again.
Pause briefly and repeat. Switch sides after the set.
Form tips
Keep your wrist straight so the bell rests on your forearm instead of bending your wrist back.
Let your upper arm touch the floor softly; don't bounce off it.
Keep your other arm on the floor beside you for balance.
