How to do it
Adjust an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and lie chest-first against it, with your feet firmly planted on the floor for stability.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip (palms facing each other), allowing the dumbbells to hang down towards the floor in line with your shoulders.
Keeping your arms slightly bent at the elbows, raise the dumbbells up and out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.
Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Maintain a slight bend in your elbows throughout the movement to reduce joint strain.
Keep your body stabilized against the bench to isolate your shoulder muscles.
Use a slow and controlled motion to maximize muscle engagement.
