How to do it
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back against a wall for support.
Extend your arms to the sides of your torso with palms facing forward.
Move your arms in a circular motion, bringing them overhead, and back to the starting position.
Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
