How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your back against a wall for support.

  2. Extend your arms to the sides of your torso with palms facing forward.

  3. Move your arms in a circular motion, bringing them overhead, and back to the starting position.

  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Keep your back flat against the wall to maintain proper alignment and support.

  • Maintain a slight bend in your elbows to reduce strain on your joints.

  • Perform the arm movements slowly and with control to maximize muscle activation and prevent injury.
