How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended overhead with hands holding together, elbows slightly bent.

  2. Bend your elbows to lower your hands behind your head, engaging your triceps.

  3. Extend your arms back to the starting overhead position.

  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Keep your upper arms stationary and close to your ears throughout the exercise to effectively target the triceps.

  • Engage your core to maintain stability and avoid arching your back.

  • Perform the movement slowly and with control to maximize muscle activation and prevent injury.
