How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and secure one end of the resistance band under your left foot. Hold the other end of the band with your right hand, raising your right arm overhead, keeping your elbow close to your head and your palm facing forward.

  2. Start with your right elbow bent and your hand behind your head.

  3. Extend your right arm upward, fully straightening your elbow. Then, slowly lower your hand back to the starting position with control.

  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch to the left arm.

Form tips

  • Exhale as you extend your arm upward and inhale as you lower it back down.

  • Avoid arching your back; keep your posture upright.

  • Focus on engaging your triceps throughout the movement.
