Kneel on the platform pad of an assisted chin-up machine and grasp the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing forward) positioned just wider than shoulder-width apart.

How to do it
Kneel on the platform pad of an assisted chin-up machine and grasp the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing forward) positioned just wider than shoulder-width apart.
Begin the movement by pulling your body upward until your chin is above the bar.
Slowly lower your body back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms.
Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining proper form throughout the exercise.
Form tips
Keep your elbows close to your body and avoid flaring them out.
Use an appropriate level of assistance on the machine to ensure you can perform the exercise correctly.
Exhale as you pull your body upward and inhale as you lower it back down.
