  1. Start by hanging on a dip station, holding the parallel bars with your arms extended and your body straight.

  2. Lift your knees towards your chest while lightly extending your hips backward, engaging your core muscles.

  3. Extend your legs back downwards to starting position.

  4. Repeat the movement.
